What is an introduction session?
An Introduction Session is a free 30 minute Zoom Meeting where we originally meet and talk about your goals and the type of coaching you are seeking determining if I am a good fit for your coaching needs.
Do you take insurance?
No, as I am not a therapist but rather a coach, mentor, and practice partner to help you create the relationships you want in your life. Working with a therapist is very different from a working with a coach.
What is the difference between a sex coach and a sex therapist?
Sex Coaches are NOT Therapists. Some clients choose between the two, some choose to go to both a therapist and a coach. Why? Because Sex Coaches and Sex therapists offer different services and help clients in different ways. Sex Coaching is goal-oriented and Coaches work with their client to define goals create a plan together to achieve those goals. Clients also see a Sex Coach to collaboratively identify and create a plan to overcome those obstacles.
What do we talk about?
These sessions are a mix of talking and experiential exercises.
We can talk about whatever comes up for you that day.

After getting to know each other a 60 minute session may include but is not limited to:

Asking questions about sex and anatomy that you have gotten the chance to ask anyone

Talking about dating, how to flirt and meet people (in person and dating apps)

Debunking old myths around what sex, intimacy, pleasure, orgasms, and relationships are “supposed” to be like
