Simply put, there is no "right" amount of sex to have. Whatever amount you want is the right amount for you!
Wether you never want to have sex, only have sex once, once every couple years, once a year, once a month, once a week, once a day, multiple times a day AND EVERYTHING IN BETWEEN, it's all good!
Wether it's spontaneous , planned, in person, remotely, by yourself, with a consenting partner or partners, it's all good!
There is no right amount or right way to have sex. It’s all about what works FOR YOU!
Whatever the amount of sex that YOU WANT to have is the “RIGHT” AMOUNT of sex to want.
Yes, there are studies about the average amount of times that couples have sex depending on their ages. But, babe, the goal is for YOU to be sexually satisfied, not the people from the studies.
There is no “right” amount of sex to have or want to have.

Aude.
